The new school year began with the annual Pancake Breakfast for all families, with the intention of providing an opportunity for everyone to get to know each other and build the school community in a back-to-school event. The Parent Advisory Council (PAC) organized this event and families met at the natural playground to eat, play, and visit.

Lots of learning has also started in the classroom, including a STEM activity to inspire creative design solutions, and teacher Sherry MacDonald is busy meeting with families on Fridays to create home learning plans together.
